    The Advanced Material Research Unit, funded by Department of Science and Technology, is a specialized unit within the S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences for facilitating interdisciplinary research in advanced materials. The AMRU is conducting a School on Parallel Computation during 6 - 8 October 2009 for young researchers in the fields of Material Sciences and Soft Matter Physics.

    Information for Participation

        Interested candidates should apply to amru@bose.res.in .The participation to the hands-on session is limited to a maximum of 20 candidates. Application of those who are interested to participate in the hands-on session should contain a proven record of computational experience along a with a reference letter from the supervisor (only in the case of PhD students / Post Doctoral fellows)
